Prvi
sklad seeks its investment opportunities among small and medium sized
companies in early development stage. It does not specialize in any
particular industry and there are no industry limitations. Its
investment focus is the region of Central and South-eastern Europe.
Investment policy of Prvi sklad is focused on early stage companies with high growth potential.
Prvi
sklad invests as minority shareholder, target investment period being 3
to 5 years and seeks investment opportunities with expected high
returns on invested funds.
Since
20. December 2007, Prvi sklad has been registered with the Ministry of
Economy as a company with status of venture capital fund.
Prvi
sklad is managed by RSG Capital. Apart from its authorized
representative, RSG Capital, Prvi sklad has a supervisory board with 3
members:

Investment
committee meetings are called by RSG Capital as the managing company of
Prvi sklad. For Prvi sklad to invest in a particular project, qualified
majority of voting members of the Investment committee needs to support
the decision on investment. Non-voting members can contribute to the quality of selection process with their expertise, however, they cannot vote.
