The running theme of the 3rd Slovenian Innovation Forum was innovations dealing with climate change. In two days, 3.500 visitors attended exhibitions, talked to innovators and entrepreneurs, and participated in workshops organized especially for them. The Forum was concluded with a ceremony at which the most innovative companies and innovators were presented with award.
An
exhibition of 30 award-winning innovations and of the 10 most
innovative companies was complemented by an interactive educational
programme. The purpose of the programme was to promote, encourage and
develop Slovenian innovative entrepreneurship by addressing four
issues: a business and innovation programme, international
business opportunities, an open space for innovation presentations, and
a youth programme. As part of the educational programme, 7 courses, 13
workshops, 17 round tables and 22 presentations took place. Jure Mikuž,
the director of RSG Capital, held a course on legal relations among
entrepreneurs and investors.
At
the Business Meeting Point, about 100 business connections were made
between 26 supportive environment institutions, financial institutions
and innovators. RSG Capital likewise visited Business Meeting Point and
met with 9 innovators looking for investors or for information
concerning investments.
