After investing in three Slovenian companies RSG Capital closed the deal with Croatian start-up ShoutEm, a spin-off of Croatian company Pet minuta (Five minutes), which is specialized in the development of social networks and mobile applications.

ShoutEm is a white-label platform for creating mobile and location-based social networks. Platform enables users to create mobile apps for local communities and provide relevant real-time information to their users around the hood. Basically it is a mobile extension to a local news portal or community and it provides cross platform solution for iPhone, Android, Blackberry and more platforms yet to come. At this moment, ShoutEm hosts more than 20.000 networks across the globe and one of the most popular ones are www.weharlem.com (Harlem events and news), www.twieber.tk (Justin Bieber fan network), and www.grind.com.
